About the Role: As a laser operator, you will work with cutting operations on sheet metal where precision, flow, and quality are in focus. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring laser cutting in modern machines and ensuring that production runs efficiently according to planned orders. There is a clear ambition to continue developing the machine fleet. The work includes setup, operation, and minor adjustments to the machines. You will work with recurring components in various batch sizes where accuracy and process thinking are crucial for good results. The role requires you to quickly master new jobs and work independently in the production environment. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in laser processing in industry who thrives in a practical and technically oriented production environment. You work independently, take responsibility for your work, and have an eye for quality and flow in production. You have a technical interest and enjoy working in an environment where changes happen and production develops over time. The right attitude and professional pride are highly valued. Requirements: • Experience with laser operator work in industry • Experience reading technical drawings • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) Desirable: • Experience with stamping machines • Experience with sheet metal processing • Forklift and overhead crane certification Start Date: By agreement, likely starting in the fall We process applications continuously and will contact those who meet the requirements.
