Lövestad Alarm Central is an authorized security company certified by the County Administrative Board of Skåne County. We are certified according to SS-EN ISO 9001:2015 and SSF 136:5 and environmentally certified according to SS-EN ISO 14001:2015. Qualifications: Some of your strongest qualities are that you are socially competent and genuinely interested in helping other people, responsible, thorough, and comfortable working with computers and telephones as your work tools. You are our voice to the outside world. For this reason, it is important that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing. If you have experience from customer service, that is a merit. But most importantly, you are the right person for the job and find the job description interesting. If we believe in you, we will teach you the rest. We are now looking for someone who has no criminal record and has orderly finances. A requirement for employment is that you pass the County Administrative Board's review for employment in an authorized security company. Work tasks: The alarm center is the heart of our operations, which places high demands on service and conduct. You and your colleagues are among our most important employees. You will receive and handle alarms, camera verifications, fault reports, and handle telephone duties for external customers. Regardless of the matter, it is you as an operator who is the first point of contact, which is why it is of utmost importance that you can prioritize according to need and make quick decisions. You follow an instruction and forward the matter to the right party. Operations at the alarm center run 24 hours a day — year-round, which means the work includes weekends and shift work. We will provide internal training for you, of course during paid work hours. You will then work independently, but always with the support of, and in close cooperation with, a number of colleagues with the same work tasks as you. You will come into contact with all types of people in different situations. The work is demanding, but also varied, educational, and exciting. The position requires that you can handle stressful situations and enjoy working in a group.
