Here we work with solutions that help people live more independent and secure lives, while driving the development of our processes to ensure the future of welfare technology. Our workplace is centrally located in Norrköping. Your responsibilities As an alarm installer in the Technology Team, you work closely with colleagues, users, and operations. You are responsible for installation and management of security-creating technology, such as alarm systems, digital locks, and other welfare technology. An important part of the work is meeting the people behind the technology. Many of those you meet are elderly or have various forms of disabilities. Sometimes there can be uncertainty or hesitation about new technology, and then your ability to build trust, explain, and provide secure service is just as important as your technical skills. The work is varied and includes both practical and administrative elements. Together with colleagues, you plan and carry out installations, while also helping to keep our systems and processes updated. In the role, you will, among other things: install, maintain, and ensure the functionality of security-creating technology plan and coordinate installations together with the team provide information and support to users and operations regarding the technology used handle incoming cases, documentation, and administration in our operational systems register, follow up, and distribute cases in case of deviations or service disruptions contribute to the development of the Technology Team's working methods and future welfare technology Who are you? We're looking for someone who is curious about technology and who also enjoys meeting people. You like solving problems, learning new systems, and seeing how technology can be used to create increased security and independence in people's everyday lives. You have at least a high school diploma and experience from service work, preferably with elderly people. If you have worked with technical installations, we see that as very beneficial. We consider a genuine interest in technology to be self-evident, and you need to have knowledge of technical installations. To succeed in the role, you need to be service-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. You find it easy to build good relationships and can adapt your communication style to the person you meet. You are comfortable with administrative tasks, have good computer skills, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. We also see that you have a genuine interest in technology and the possibilities of welfare technology, and that you are solution-oriented and can come up with solutions to various problems that may arise. You are flexible and stay calm even when circumstances change, and you always work to provide good service and take care to create a good working climate. The role requires that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and you need to have a Class B driver's license. We welcome your application!
