We are now seeking engaged substitutes for a flexible part-time job at primary schools throughout Gothenburg. About the Assignment Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, Mölndal City, and Orust Municipality to support their municipal preschools and primary schools with engaged substitutes. Your Responsibilities As a teacher substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an acute nature, as well as shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for and lead instruction in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher. Your Qualifications Completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Previous work experience in primary or upper secondary school. You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning. To fit the role of teacher substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a strong commitment to working with children and young people. If you are a trained teacher, studying to become a teacher, or have teaching experience, this is considered a merit.
