Teacher Substitutes for Grades 1-3 in Gothenburg

We are now recruiting motivated substitutes for a flexible part-time position at primary schools grades 1-3 throughout Gothenburg. About the Assignment Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, Mölndal City, and Orust Municipality to support their municipal preschools and primary schools with committed substitutes. Your Responsibilities As a substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an acute nature as well as shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for planning and leading instruction in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher. Your Qualifications Completed upper secondary school diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience within primary school/upper secondary school. You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning. To succeed in the role of teacher substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a positive role model.
