Ramunderskolan is centrally located in Söderköping, close to sports facilities and outdoor swimming, while forest and nature are accessible within walking distance. Here, just over 60 people work in three teams. We have a large proportion of qualified teachers and place great emphasis on everyone feeling comfortable at school, both students and adults. In our work to build students' self-esteem and sense of security, we work with "Motivation Boost" and a peer support program we call "Amigos".

Job Description
At Ramunderskolan, we value collegial learning and are convinced that a working style characterized by curiosity, collaboration and joy benefits student learning. We focus on the student's entire day and together we create a shared school culture characterized by good treatment, a relational approach, collaboration and positive expectations.
In the role of substitute teacher, you join a grade-level team with substitute assignments in our three teams. The substitute assignment means that you teach in place of regular teachers in one or more of the school's subjects in full classes based on the teacher's instruction and planning on the digital learning platform. The substitute assignment may also involve replacing absent support staff.
Qualifications
We are looking for you – a confident adult with clear leadership and digital skills. Teaching experience is a merit, as is teacher training.
As a person, you are attentive and have a good ability to see each student's individual needs and conditions. We see that you are genuinely interested in providing students with the best possible support in their learning. You are flexible, have the ability to inspire and engage, and do not see problems that arise as an obstacle but as a challenge you want to find a solution to. You have a professional approach in your interaction with students, colleagues and parents.
