Description School District West consists of the Upper Secondary School grades 7-9 in Forsheda and the Primary and Middle Schools Hanahöjskolan, Hånger school, Bredaryd school, Kärda school with attached after-school programs. We work together on substitute recruitment in the area and now need to expand our staffing with new teacher substitutes who can step in and meet our students during short-term absences in both school and after-school care. Duties We are now seeking several teacher substitutes to strengthen our school district. We offer varied work where you can develop and make a difference for our students. As a substitute in school and after-school care, you need to be comfortable standing in front of a group of children and leading and teaching. You build trust, can take charge in the classroom, and create relationships with students and colleagues. You should be a good adult role model in both actions and language, conduct yourself prudently, and follow the school's rules. Your task is to follow the teacher's planning during the school day or care time. Qualifications We seek someone who is responsible, independent, flexible, and accommodating. You can quickly adapt when needs change. We would like to see that you have experience in educational work or training in this field. You must have good Swedish skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension because you have daily contact with students and colleagues. Since not all schools are reached by public transportation, a B driver's license and access to your own car are required. We place great importance on personal suitability.
