You will work with your colleagues and teach as a classroom teacher within your subjects. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction independently and together with the teaching team. The work team designs and develops activities to provide a solid foundation for children's development. You also collaborate with after-school staff. We work with positive reinforcement and preventive adaptations. This is an approach that permeates all of the school's activities and all staff. An important part of the work is developing the social climate so that all students feel well and thrive in the group. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking you who: are a certified teacher for grades 1-3 have broad competence to teach in class have experience with pedagogical work speak Swedish well in both spoken and written form. We consider it a merit if you have: experience implementing and assessing national tests in grade 3. We are looking for someone who can create situations where students succeed. Your leadership is rooted in the belief that all students can and want to develop. As a person, you are responsive to students' needs, you are clear, respectful, and have great ability to collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues alike. You also have experience working with student documentation such as pedagogical assessments and intervention plans. Furthermore, you will plan, organize, and prioritize effectively and ensure that all processes are completed with good quality. You are interested in driving the school and students' development forward, you can capture students' attention and create participation and motivation in various activities. You are a relationship-building, secure person with good pedagogical insight who can lead groups or individuals.
