You will support and guide our students in their development processes. You contribute your expertise to the overall operations and have great opportunities to be part of our development and quality work by conducting teaching at both individual and group levels with high quality, as well as being an active participant in collegial learning. You collaborate with other teachers to achieve educational goals and you are familiar with and work based on governing documents, which includes: - Taking responsibility for students' knowledge development, supporting their personal development, and creating favorable conditions for each student's learning, development, and ability to develop critical thinking. - Implement, develop, and lead education with high quality and engagement. - Be open to new ideas and changes. We Are Looking For Someone who is trained as a care and nursing teacher with teacher certification as a vocational teacher or equivalent competence. We would like you to have nursing education or other health care education that the employer finds relevant for the position, preferably with competence in disability services (LSS) and psychiatry. We also see that you have previous experience teaching and planning within adult education and/or upper secondary education and working with apprenticeship placements, as well as validation. It is advantageous if you have pedagogical education, knowledge, and experience in validation. We would like you to have knowledge of governing documents in adult education and/or upper secondary education. It is also advantageous if you have good data and IT skills and are experienced in working with learning platforms and media, as well as having good language proficiency. To succeed in this role, you need to have good pedagogical ability to adapt your teaching and pedagogical methods based on individual and group needs, so that students can best achieve their goals in education. We see that you are interested in development and change work to meet the industry's and education's needs for competence and quality. You are flexible, solution-focused, self-driven, and have good collaboration skills. We also see that you are relationship-building and can create good contacts with colleagues, students, apprenticeship placements, and mentors.
