We are looking for a teacher at Eldsberga School.
As a wood and metal craft teacher, you will help develop the school's educational activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations for students and can motivate them to achieve good results in schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.
You adapt your teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical role often requires inventiveness, creativity and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote student motivation, participation and influence.
You collaborate easily and see your team as an asset. Together with your team, you plan, implement, evaluate and develop teaching based on the school's governing documents and goals. The role also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. In your role as a teacher, good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use teaching methods well adapted to the individual student and group is required.
Your Qualifications
Teacher certification with eligibility to teach craft or an interest in the craft subject.
