Instructor for Vocational College Course - AI for Teachers and Educators About the Activity ABF Stockholm provides education that meets labor market needs and strengthens competency development in the public sector, schools, and civil society. Our courses are characterized by high quality, current expertise, and a strong focus on participants' professional development. We are now seeking an engaged and knowledgeable instructor to teach the course AI for Teachers and Educators. The course is designed for active teachers, educators, and school leaders who want to develop their expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in education. In this role, you will be responsible for course implementation, quality assurance, and development while contributing both pedagogical and digital expertise. Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate instruction in the course AI for Teachers and Educators. Teach topics including: AI's role in education and learning. Generative AI and digital tools for teaching. Personalized learning environments and pedagogical development. Ethical and legal aspects of AI in schools. Data protection, information security, and GDPR. AI as support for assessment, feedback, and planning. Critical evaluation and responsible use of AI. Support and coach students in their learning process. Assess and monitor student knowledge development. Manage examinations and course documentation. Qualifications Requirements Academic degree in pedagogy, IT, digitalization, AI, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Documented experience teaching or delivering training to teachers, educators, or adult learners. Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in education. Knowledge of ethical, legal, and security aspects of AI use. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection as applied to educational activities. Excellent administrative skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, digital learning platforms, and AI tools. Excellent ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish. Experience working independently and in close collaboration with others. Merits Experience working in vocational education. Experience with distance learning. Certification or documented advanced training in AI or digital pedagogy. Experience with school development and digital transformation. Pedagogical training or teaching qualification.
