We are looking for you who wants to share your expertise and educate tomorrow's assistant nurses. In the role as vocational teacher, you are responsible for inspiring and educating our students through both theoretical and practical elements. Your main responsibilities include: • Teaching vocational courses such as anatomy, nursing care and social care • Planning and assessing teaching together with your work team based on curricula, examination objectives and the National Board of Education's guidelines • Act as a mentor for students and support them in their personal and knowledge development. Maintain close dialogue with guardians through development meetings once per term • Participate in the programme's work placement activities by procuring positions and following up on students in the workplaces. Participate in the school's organized meetings, training sessions, study days and the programme's development work • Collaborate with the industry through programme council and networking meetings QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role and who want to combine your care expertise with pedagogical leadership. You are structured, well-organized and flexible in your approach and work well in groups. You have good communication skills, can motivate, create engagement and participation. Good experience of work within care and health is a requirement for the position and pedagogical experience is meritorious. It is also desirable that you have experience of work within healthcare. We see that you have a driver's license with at least category B. Selection and interviews take place on a rolling basis.
