WORK TASKS As a teacher in our special education group, you have an important and meaningful role where you contribute daily to students' knowledge development, security and confidence in the future. You are responsible for teaching and mentoring the group's students and create a learning environment where each student is given the opportunity to succeed based on their conditions. With a formative and relationship-building approach, you plan, implement and develop teaching based on students' needs, strengths and progress. You work closely with colleagues to create a consistent thread in planning, implementation and assessment, where student learning is always the focus. Through clear and secure leadership, you involve students in both teaching and planning, which strengthens their motivation, responsibility and confidence in their own abilities. In your mentor role, you build trusting relationships and serve as important support for students' academic, social and personal development. Together with students, guardians and colleagues, you help create an inclusive, accessible and developmental school environment where all students have the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a qualified teacher with broad subject competency and experience in teaching and assessment. You are either qualified to teach grades 7-9. You have good knowledge of NPF and act with low affect when the situation requires it. Digital competency is a requirement for handling information, documentation and is a natural part of teaching. As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity is contagious and creates engagement and motivates learning. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You are happy to contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to move the operation forward.
