Your Tasks
In your role as a teacher, you will teach grades 1-2 in our adapted primary school. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction based on each student's individual needs and abilities. In your daily work, you will use sign support, digital aids, and low-affective interaction techniques. You will work closely with other teachers, student assistants, and the student support team.
Since this school model is new to us, you will have the opportunity to help shape the program from the ground up. Together, we develop methods, structures, and learning environments that create the best conditions for our students!
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades F-3. If you are also trained as a special educator or special teacher, we see that as an advantage. You have experience working in adapted primary schools and are driven by a strong commitment to meet students' individual needs. With confidence and dedication, you build strong relationships with students and parents. You play an important role in developing the program together with your team, and if you have previously held a coordinating position or been a team leader, that is a merit.

Before you can be employed, we will conduct a background check and you must provide a valid criminal record extract from the police.
During the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a national ID card together with a photo ID. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must provide proof of a valid work permit or an exemption from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of your work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
