JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher of German and preferably in combination with English, you teach students in grades 7-9. You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents, with clear anchoring in chapters 1 and 2 of the curriculum. Instruction is designed to be differentiated, accessible, and inclusive, based on students' different conditions and needs. You work as part of a team and collaborate closely with colleagues on planning, implementation, assessment, and follow-up of instruction. Joint assessment is an important part of collegial learning and contributes to equality and high quality in instruction. At Enöglaskolan, all subjects incorporate language development, which also characterizes instruction in physical education and health. Your responsibilities include assessing and documenting students' knowledge development in InfoMentor as well as maintaining close and professional collaboration with guardians and, when needed, other relevant parties, always with the student's development and well-being in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with credentials in German and preferably in combination with English for grades 7-9. You have a clear focus on the goals in the governing documents, and your work is based on analysis of instruction and results. You use assessment and follow-up as tools to develop instruction and strengthen each student's learning. You have good didactic competence and a deep understanding of how students learn in different ways. You plan and implement instruction that is differentiated, accessible, and inclusive, and you continually ask yourself how your instructional choices benefit the student's development, security, and goal achievement. You thrive in close collegial collaboration and see joint assessment as a natural part of the work to create equality and quality. You have a persistent and solution-focused attitude, follow through on assignments, and work purposefully even when the path requires testing, adaptation, and new thinking. You are not afraid to challenge traditional ways of working and see development work as an ongoing process where learning occurs along the way. You have a good ability to build trusting relationships with students and guardians and value close and professional collaboration regarding the student's development and well-being.
