We are a school with newly built, adapted facilities for high-quality teaching. You will work with colleagues and student support services that collaborate and continuously develop teaching based on students' needs, learning, and development. We are a school located in central Vaggeryd with approximately 350 students and 50 school staff. Job Responsibilities You work in a team responsible for teaching in a grade level, serve as a mentor for students to support them in their learning and social development. You are a colleague who can share teaching situations and other contexts. You share your competence and experience to develop the school together with the rest of us. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6. For us, it is important that we work together, that you dare to share what is difficult. The ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues is one of your most important tools. It is important to be a good leader in the classroom to maintain studies, safety, and well-being for all our students.
