As a teacher at Ingridskolan, you will be responsible for small classes. You will lead them in their schoolwork with the help of student assistants working in the different classrooms. You need to be flexible and able to individualize instruction according to each student's different conditions. The position also includes mentoring a class. At Ingridskolan, this means more comprehensive and continuous work than in many other settings, with daily contact and check-ins with guardians regarding the student's development, challenges, and support needs, as well as close collaboration with the special education team. We are looking for a colleague who has great interest in special education and experience/training within the school's student population (autism spectrum disorder/ADHD/dyslexia/language disorder, etc.).
