Description Tallåsens after-school program is seeking a certified staff member who is calm and organized, able to handle stress, and prepared to take on varied work tasks with a genuine passion for the after-school program's mission. You have the ability to prioritize, are solution-focused, take initiative, are experienced in overseeing and addressing what needs to be done, and always keep the students' best interests in focus. We greatly value good collaboration skills and a positive attitude. You have a genuine interest in students' development and learning, see possibilities, and dare to try new approaches. You must also be able to teach textile crafts for grades 3-6 as part of your position. Work Tasks The position involves work in the after-school program and school. You will develop pedagogical activities in the after-school program and school, collaborate and cooperate with teachers and other staff, and teach textile crafts. Qualifications You must be an after-school pedagogue/teacher for after-school programs or hold a teaching license with certification in crafts. Certification is required. We also see that you are independent, stable, have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, have good leadership abilities, are clear and organized in your work.
