JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Blomsterbäcksskolan and Centralskolan are seeking a teacher who can teach native language and provide academic support. Languages include Chechen, Arabic, Tigrinya, Persian, Romani, Turkish, Dutch, Swahili, Somali, Moldavian, Russian, and Ukrainian. The work will be at Blomsterbäcksskolan and Centralskolan. We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher with credentials to teach native language based on experience and experience working with academic support. Your work will include planning, implementing, and following up on your instruction and student learning. You will take an active role in developing the program and collaborate with the entire school team. In our pedagogical framework, which encompasses everything from treatment, accessibility, motivation, collaboration to a holistic perspective, the student is always at the center! You maintain close cooperation with guardians of students and other important people in the students' networks. You participate in pedagogical meetings as needed with both colleagues at the school and other collaborative partners. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and has a strong belief in student competence and is passionate about developing each student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals surrounding the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and preferably have knowledge of special education that gives students motivation to learn. You hold teacher certification. You need to have strong proficiency in Chechen, Arabic, Tigrinya, Persian, Romani, Turkish, Dutch, Swahili, Somali, Moldavian, Russian, and Ukrainian. As a person, you are organized, unpretentious, and flexible. You have clear and calm communication. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths and to manage and follow up on activities based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and financial framework. You need to think outside the box, be resourceful, courageous, and creative. Wage form: Hourly wage. Wage range: 164-215 kr/hour Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
