Your Assignment Do you want to inspire children and young people to discover and develop within music? Do you have flute as your primary instrument and want to become part of a creative and engaged music school operation? Do you have competence and/or experience in other music school subjects? The position also includes participating in, leading and developing ensemble and orchestra activities, as well as collaborating with colleagues on concerts, performances, projects and other joint activities. Collaboration with other activities and schools in the municipality will occur. Teaching takes place individually and in groups. You plan, inspire, engage and challenge students based on their different circumstances and goals. The work takes place during daytime and some evenings. Weekend work may occur. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is engaged, creative, attentive, flexible and responsible. Can teach both individually and in groups. Has relevant music higher education, pedagogical education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Meritorious If you have experience teaching or other pedagogical work with children and young people. Have competence in several music school subjects. Have experience with ensemble or orchestra instruction. We would like to see that you have good knowledge of Swedish. For this position, a B driver's license is required.
