DUTIES You are a qualified and certified teacher with authorization to teach mathematics, Swedish, and English in grades 4-6. You are ambitious, have strong classroom management skills, are systematic yet creative in your approach, and have good collaboration abilities with both students, guardians, and colleagues. You have well-documented lesson plans where you can explain student participation and the structure of your work with assessment for learning. You are solution-focused and have a strong ability to prioritize and adapt your approach to students' different needs and the organization's requirements. Knowledge of NPF (Nature, Place, and Foundations) is a merit. QUALIFICATIONS Teacher certification is a given requirement for working with us. Your ability to build relationships easily is important since we have a diverse student body where relationship-building is a key ingredient for achieving positive results.
