About the role
TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking an educator in manufacturing technology who wants to teach and guide students in modern production and manufacturing processes. The role includes both theoretical instruction and practical elements, with a focus on production flows, process optimization, quality assurance, and industrial production.
As an educator, you will contribute to giving students a comprehensive understanding of how production systems are planned, developed, and optimized in modern industrial environments.
Your responsibilities
Teach manufacturing technology and industrial manufacturing processes
Guide students in analyzing production flows and process optimization
Introduce methods for quality assurance and continuous improvement
Teach production planning, logistics, and resource optimization
Support students in project work and practical applications
We are looking for someone who
Has professional or academic background in manufacturing technology or a related field
Has experience working in industrial production or manufacturing processes
Has a good understanding of production flows, quality systems, and optimization
Is analytical and comfortable with technical reasoning
Has strong pedagogical abilities and can communicate technical concepts clearly
Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious: experience in teaching or mentoring
