TeknikAkademin Norden AB is now seeking an instructor in automation technology. In this role, you will teach, mentor, and inspire adult students at the vocational college level. You combine theory and practice in modern education developed in close collaboration with industry. Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver theoretical and practical instruction in automation and control systems Develop course content, educational materials, and digital learning resources Mentor and support students in their learning and projects Contribute to the quality and relevance of education through industry partnerships Participate in the development of TeknikAkademin's educational programs We are Looking for You Have professional experience in automation, electrical systems, and control systems Have knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff) Understand HMI/SCADA systems, sensor technology, and motor control Are pedagogical, communicative, and solution-oriented Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious: teaching experience – we offer training and support if needed We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity for hybrid work (remote and on-site instruction) A meaningful role where you make a real difference Freedom to influence the content of education A secure position in a growing and forward-thinking educational company Contact Do you have questions about the position or want to know more about automation technology?
