Teacher of Automation (Process Technology) Employer: TeknikAkademin Norden AB Scope: Full-time / Part-time Placement: On-site and Remote in Sweden Start Date: By agreement About the Role TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking a teacher in automation with a focus on process technology to educate the next generation of automation engineers and process technicians. As an educator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and developing instruction in automation, process technology, and instrumentation. The focus is on control, regulation, and monitoring of industrial processes, as well as how measurement and control systems are used to create safe and efficient production facilities. Your Responsibilities Teach automation, process technology, and instrumentation Instruct on PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems Teach control and regulation technology as well as process optimization Introduce process instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control valves Guide students in calibration, troubleshooting, and commissioning Connect theory to practical laboratory work and industry-related projects We Are Looking For You Have experience in automation, process technology, or instrumentation Have worked with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems Have experience with process instrumentation, measurement technology, and control engineering Have experience in calibration, troubleshooting, or commissioning of process facilities Are pedagogical, organized, and communicative Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious: Teaching or mentoring experience.
