Häggvik-Skälbyskolan is a grades F-9 school with approximately 570 students. The school has two sections; Skälby grades F-3 located on Skälbyvägen in a newly built school building with approximately 220 students and Häggvik grades 4-9 with approximately 330 students, located in a classical school building on Sollentunavägen which we share with Sollentuna Music Classes. Responsibilities You will be responsible for teaching wood and metal crafts to our students in grades 3–9. Through your teaching, you create conditions for all students to succeed. Digital tools are a natural part of your instruction. You will have great opportunities to create the learning environments you desire in your teaching. You have a large craft workshop with possibilities for creative learning environments. You will work closely with your colleague in textile crafts and collaborate with the two other craft teachers at the school located in the same school buildings. You will be part of one of the school's two work teams. Qualifications You are a dedicated teacher with a great ability to meet each student in the best possible way. You are a clear leader, have high expectations for your students, and easily build good relationships. You are a trustworthy adult, and your teaching is creative and stimulating while being based on research and proven methods. Teaching certification in wood and metal crafts is a requirement.
