All of our employees play an important role in this. 1 position(s). About Vårby RO Vårby RO consists of three schools; Grindstuskolan F-3, Vårbackaskolan F-3, and Vårbyskolan 4-9. The schools have one principal and three assistant principals, and collaboration between the units takes place at all levels. Vårby schools are located in Vårby Gård, a green and beautiful area along the red subway line. Approximately 550 students attend Vårby schools. The position will be at Vårbyskolan, where we currently have approximately 240 students. We work to ensure that all our students succeed! Qualifications Primary school teacher degree and teacher certification intended for work in grades 3-9 with authorization to teach wood and metal crafts. Since most of our students have a mother tongue other than Swedish, a language-developing approach is a requirement, both for teaching and for special education work at the school, as well as the willingness and ability to create good relationships based on trust and respect. Your Profile You have good collaboration skills, find it easy to build relationships and cooperate with students, guardians, the school's team, the student welfare team, and school leadership.
