Teaching takes place in a well-equipped craft room where you teach students in grades 3-6 in both primary school and adapted primary school. You are part of a teaching team and subject group where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and deeper knowledge. Opportunities for collegial exchange with other craft teachers are available through network meetings in our area. Qualifications We are looking for you who is a certified teacher with credentials in wood and metal crafts. You have the ability to design instruction in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current academic standards. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and you structure and adapt your teaching so that a safe and appropriate learning environment is created. You are a clear leader in the classroom who creates a safe learning environment for students. You value and create good conditions for collaboration, and you build positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your teaching and other assignments that are part of your role in a structured manner. We place great importance on personal suitability.
