Maltesholmsskolan is located in Hässelby Strand with proximity to nature. Lake Mälaren and Grimstaskogen are just a stone's throw from the school. The school currently has approximately 420 students distributed across three preschool classes, 14 primary school classes in grades 1–6, adapted primary school, and after-school care activities for students in grades F-3 as well as middle school activities for students in grades 4-6.

Job Description
As a teacher at Maltesholmsskolan, you are responsible for planning, teaching, evaluating, and assessing textile crafts. Teaching takes place in a well-equipped craft workshop where you teach students in grades 3-6 in both the regular primary school and the adapted primary school. You work in a team and a subject group where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collaborative learning to create new and deeper knowledge. Opportunities for collegial exchange with other craft teachers exist through network meetings in our area.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with credentials in textile crafts.
You have the ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and you structure and adapt your teaching so that a safe and adequate learning environment is created.
You are a clear leader in the classroom who creates a safe learning environment for students. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your teaching and other tasks that are part of your role in a structured way.
