We have approximately 4,000 students and 600 employees distributed across our five schools. Jenny Nyströmskolan has approximately 800 students distributed across six national programs and three specializations of the IM programs. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching primarily Swedish as a Second Language for newly arrived students. You will also serve as a mentor for approximately 16 students. Your responsibilities also include participation in work teams and subject teams, as well as collaboration with student services and external contacts for your students. QUALIFICATIONS We expect you to be accustomed to collaborating with colleagues and to be flexible in your approach. Experience working in introductory programs is an advantage. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: 2026-08-24. There may be an opportunity for extension, end date: 2026-09-25. Working hours: Daytime. Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record register for work in schools must be presented. To strengthen Kalmarsunds Gymnasium Association's ability to conduct operations under heightened preparedness, all permanent employees will be assigned to civil defense.
