DUTIES In your role as a teacher of Swedish and social studies, in addition to teaching the main subjects, you will also serve as a mentor together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. In your role you are part of a work team where we collectively work to develop, plan and follow up on teaching with the curriculum and the municipality's and the organization's goals as benchmarks. We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place both in subject teams and in work teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the teaching group. The goal is to provide students with individual support based on the student's conditions and needs, and to strengthen motivation through value-creating learning and entrepreneurship. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a certified teacher with credentials as a primary school teacher in Swedish and social studies subjects. We also see that you: • Have the ability to work independently, while collaborating well in work teams and with mentor colleagues. • Possess digital competence. • Have the ability to recognize students' needs and, in consultation with colleagues, take appropriate measures to support them. • Are a clear leader in and outside the classroom, where structure, safety and study atmosphere permeate your leadership. Great emphasis is placed on suitability and the ability to build relationships. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-13, end date: 2027-06-22.
