Job Responsibilities
You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching while building relationships and creating a safe, clear, and warm learning environment. You collaborate closely with student support services, study counselors, and colleagues in both subject areas and work teams. We love when ideas become reality – especially when they benefit students and improve teaching even further.

What We're Looking for in You
To succeed in the role, you have:
Teaching credentials with qualifications in Swedish grades 7–9
At least 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level
Strong knowledge of formative assessment and grading according to Lgr22
Solid digital skills, for example with learning platforms and common educational tools
Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It's a plus if you have:
Experience working in municipal primary schools
Experience supporting students with adaptations and special needs
Experience with collaborative learning, such as lesson observations or development groups
Interest in digitalization and teaching development
