Job responsibilities
We are now seeking a Spanish teacher. You will plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction based on the laws, regulations, and governing documents that apply to teachers. You communicate the objectives of your teaching and make your assessments clear to students. You assess students' goal attainment and assign grades according to the curriculum.
In collaboration with school leadership and colleagues, you contribute to creating favorable conditions for the school's students to thrive, develop, and reach their goals. In collegial forums, you will have the opportunity to share and further develop both your subject knowledge and your pedagogical skills.
Qualifications
We are looking for you to be a qualified teacher with teaching credentials in Spanish at the secondary level. Previous experience working as a teacher is a merit.
You have strong digital competence and integrate digital tools naturally in both planning and instruction. You use the computer as a matter of course to support both pedagogical work and administration.
You demonstrate genuine commitment to young people's situations, have a good ability to recognize different needs, and adapt your approach based on your target group. You are open to developing and trying new teaching methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability such as creativity, strong collaborative skills, and your ability to adapt when circumstances change and find solutions in everyday situations.

For your interview, you must bring a passport/national ID and, if applicable, proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EES. This is so we as an employer can verify your identity and ensure you have the right to work in Sweden.
