Qualifications We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and who is qualified to teach Spanish and possibly another subject in grades 6-9. You have a coaching approach with the ability to create a learning environment where every student feels seen, and you are passionate about helping all students understand and develop as far as possible. You are solution-focused and have a positive attitude toward school development and collegial learning. You see work in the grade-level team as a prerequisite for high goal achievement and work together with teachers and school leadership to develop the content and methods of instruction in a systematic way.
