The Department of Education is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, elementary schools, adapted elementary school, after-school care programs, upper secondary school, and adult education.
Ekillaskolan is a grades 7–9 school in Märsta where we emphasize each student's right to receive instruction at a level suited to them. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking a part-time teacher who is willing and able to teach Spanish as a modern language. You work with the students' best interests in mind and have a clear focus on student development. You thrive in a dynamic environment and feel confident in your pedagogical leadership in the classroom.
You will be responsible for planning, carrying out, and following up on Spanish instruction, both individually and in close collaboration with colleagues. You are expected—like your colleagues—to take an active role in developing both yourself and the team you're part of. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a teaching credential with authorization to teach Spanish through grade 9. It is a plus if you also have authorization in another subject. Experience teaching at the middle school level is also considered an advantage.
You are a clear and attentive leader who puts student learning and safety at the center. You have a talent for building good relationships with your students as well as with colleagues and guardians. You thrive in a changing environment while valuing structure and can plan and organize your work well.
