Important puzzle pieces to achieve this are to continuously develop instruction using proven methods such as cooperative learning, differentiation, language-developing approaches, and to also develop digital competence. Job Responsibilities We are now looking for you, a teacher of religion and history, who wants to contribute to student learning and development at Albäcksskolan. You have a drive to continuously develop your instruction to meet student groups in the best way possible. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction together with colleagues. Since each work team has mentors, it means that you as an educator do not have a mentoring role but instead focus on instruction and planning. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with authorization to teach religion and/or history. Your instruction is characterized by a student perspective where you work with language and knowledge development, cooperatively, and digitally. You make conscious choices to increase student motivation and sense of meaningfulness. You see collegial learning and good relationships as a success factor in your assignment.
