JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking an elementary school teacher for grades 7-9 in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. The role includes mentorship together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. In your role, you will also be part of a work team where we work together to develop instruction and plan and follow up on work based on the curriculum and the goals of the municipality and the organization. We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place both in subject teams and in work teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the teaching group. This means providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, and creating motivation through meaningful learning and entrepreneurship. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in one of the subjects mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. Experience is a merit. We see that you: • Are flexible, committed, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people according to their conditions. • Have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your teaching. • Are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. • Have a talent for collaboration, but can also take own initiative and make your own decisions in your work situation.
