This is a permanent full-time position (100%) starting immediately or by agreement. About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about preparing students for the future in the best possible way. You are clear in your leadership and committed to creating quality instruction that adapts to each student's circumstances and needs. You combine strong subject knowledge with the ability to build positive relationships and can work with families to support students' comprehensive development. Through varied instruction, you create engagement in learning. You have the ability to clearly communicate goals and performance standards and provide students with feedback that moves their learning forward. As a colleague, you are reflective and unpretentious, and actively drive collaboration with colleagues to develop instruction and the school forward. Your Responsibilities You will teach mathematics to students in grades 4-6. The position also includes mentoring responsibilities. As a teacher at Campus Manilla, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning. At Campus Manilla, we use grading starting in grade 4. You lead learning in the classroom and are responsible for ensuring that students reach the goals in their subjects. You work in a grade-level team and are responsible for collaborating with colleagues on student learning and developing the school's work. As a mentor in the middle grades, you conduct development conversations, collaborate with guardians and students, and actively work with the class from a supportive and preventive perspective. We are looking for someone who puts students, learning goals, and curiosity first. You also need to be a skilled relationship builder and have the ability to create team spirit and a genuine interest in working with your subjects and the school's values. Other Information Permanent position with 6-month probationary period according to the Almega independent school agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement. ABOUT US Campus Manilla is operated by the Carpe Scientia Foundation, which is politically and religiously independent. The school is run entirely as a non-profit organization with the ambition to become Sweden's best school. Our beautiful facilities on Djurgården house both a primary and secondary school. In total, Campus Manilla has approximately 800 students from preschool through upper secondary year 3 and approximately 110 employees.
