Your Role We're looking for an engaged and qualified teacher who wants to teach on an hourly basis. You'll teach through our digital learning platform Canvas, where you support students with clear explanations, constructive feedback, assessment, and grading. Your most important task is to create motivation and give students the tools they need to succeed. Courses are already structured, and you'll receive an introduction to our digital systems. Students start courses several times a year and can study at their own pace (5–20 weeks). The position also includes on-site mentoring 4 hours per week. We're Looking for You If You Hold teaching credentials with qualification in the subject. Are comfortable with digital teaching and experienced in using online meeting tools. Are curious, flexible, and passionate about meeting adult students where they are. Preferably have experience in adult education (a merit, but not required). Have an understanding of, and ideally experience with, different cultures and perhaps knowledge of languages other than Swedish.
