About Amerikanska Gymnasiet, Stockholm - Essingen - The school is entering its 6th academic year in the fall. - The school has approximately 600 students studying in the Natural Sciences and Technology Program, the Business Program, or the Social Sciences Program. - The school is characterized by a competent teaching team and a strong sense of community. About the Role As a teacher, you will teach our students in mathematics and physics, or alternatively in one of these subjects. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, assessing, and evaluating your own teaching. You are expected to lead lessons according to our pedagogical structure, which you will receive guidance in. You will teach in a digital environment with digital teaching materials in combination with traditional literature. Teaching takes place in both Swedish and English. Mentoring a class is also part of the position. The position is a permanent full-time employment, which begins with a probationary period of 6 months. Start date: August 3, 2026. Your Profile For this position, it is a requirement that you hold a Swedish teaching qualification with authorization to teach mathematics and/or physics. It is also advantageous if you have experience teaching at the upper secondary level.
