JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a middle school teacher, you plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction. Your teaching is based on the school's governing documents, and you plan instruction based on your subject team's systematic quality work. Student participation is a given. Collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues is an important part of the role, and together with other educators in your team, you must take responsibility for developing the operations so that each student is given the best possible conditions for development and learning. In your team, you share your experiences, expertise, and work satisfaction. We also view pedagogical documentation as a natural part of our systematic quality work and our operational development. QUALIFICATIONS • Teacher education for grades 7-9, but we also welcome those in the final stages of your education • Teacher certification • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish We consider it an advantage if you have: • Experience working with students with special needs • Experience working with language and knowledge-developing working methods • Knowledge of digital learning platforms • Interest in IT For us, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are comfortable working together to create a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment for students.
