WORK DUTIES We are now looking for committed home economics teachers for Perslundaskolan grades 7-9 in Ockelbo Municipality. Together with your team, you want to create the best conditions and a safe school day for all students. As a teacher, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching in collaboration with your colleagues. As a teacher, you also collaborate with Student Welfare services. Main work duties include Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you are a certified teacher with authorization to teach home economics. Previous experience working as a teacher is considered a merit. You are well-grounded in the school's governing documents and can use your knowledge effectively in your daily work. To succeed in this assignment, you have a professional approach and work for good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a dedicated educator who takes responsibility for your students' results and places great emphasis on adapting your instruction based on your students' different circumstances and needs. A criminal record check is required upon employment. The positions are temporary contracts at approximately 70%. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-08-12, end date: 2027-01-15. For the interview, you need to bring a valid passport or national ID card. If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES, you also need to be able to prove your right to work in Sweden by presenting a valid residence and work permit. We do this to ensure your identity and that you have the right to work in Sweden.
