JOB DUTIES We are now seeking a positive, engaged, and flexible educator who wants to teach and inspire our students during school and afterschool hours. In your main role, you will plan jointly and systematically with other afterschool staff to create good conditions and develop the afterschool program. Our activities shall be based on our governing documents, the latest research, and proven experience. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified teacher in afterschool education and have a conscious understanding of your role as an educator. You are a clear leader who works structurally in accordance with applicable governing documents and with a professional approach. • You have the ability to create a good work climate with engagement, curiosity, and security in the group, and you see and meet students' different needs based on their different conditions. You proceed from the belief that all students can and want to learn. • You stimulate all students to develop and inform students and guardians in a good way. • You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the program.
