Job Responsibilities We are looking for you to help develop and expand Drottninghögsskolan's afterschool program, which has been reorganized starting this term. Through your drive and commitment as an afterschool program teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the program according to applicable regulations. You will be an important part of the afterschool team that drives and develops our educational activities with the students' best interests in focus. You will serve as a mentor for several students during their time in the afterschool program. During the school day, you will support classroom work and be responsible for assignments in instruction. You will play an important role in the school's efforts to promote safety and well-being. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained afterschool program teacher with certification to teach in afterschool programs. It is a merit if you have a combination with other practical-aesthetic subjects. Knowledge of the school's regulations is of great importance, and you have experience working in an afterschool program. You are good at collaborating with students, colleagues, and guardians and have the ability to create a sense of safety during the school day and a stimulating afterschool environment for students. You should have strong Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to pedagogically support students in their learning. Documentation, which we are required to conduct according to our regulations, demands the ability to express yourself clearly in writing. We see that you are development-oriented with students' best interests and the curriculum in focus. You possess leadership qualities that advance teaching and development at the school, where you lead both colleagues and students in a clear manner.
