Welcome to work with us at Domsjöskolan! This is a permanent full-time position (100%). Duties Your assignment will be to lead and drive the pedagogical work in the after-school program together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents. As a teacher in the after-school program, you will have an important role in daily operations where, with a conscious approach, you enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a comprehensive way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children are seen and feel they have a natural place at the school and after-school program. You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you maintain an ongoing pedagogical dialogue with a desire to change, deepen, and develop. Qualifications We are looking for you with credentials as an after-school educator, or a teacher with specialization in after-school programs. We would like to see that you have previous experience working with groups of children. You have a positive attitude and interest in developing working methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. Please attach a CV and personal letter with your application.
