Responsibilities Your assignment will be to lead and drive the educational work in the after-school program together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents. As an after-school educator, you will have an important role in the daily operations where, with a conscious approach, you enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a comprehensive way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children are seen and feel that they have a natural place in the school and after-school program. You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and engaging play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in an ongoing pedagogical dialogue with a desire to change, deepen, and develop. Qualifications We are looking for someone with credentials as an after-school educator, or a teacher with a focus on after-school programs. We welcome previous experience working with groups of children. You have a positive approach and an interest in developing working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
