Snörrumsskolan is an elementary school for grades F-3. At Snörrumsskolan there is a preschool class through grade 3, as well as an adapted elementary school. We have four after-school departments with approximately 145 enrolled children. We work according to Backa barnet, which is a working model that focuses on the child's best interests regardless of activity or decision. WORK DUTIES: As a teacher in the after-school program, you are part of a work team and are responsible for the team's collective work within the framework of LGR 22 and school law. You shall plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate teaching and learning. Teaching in both after-school programs and school is largely based on student participation, influence, and responsibility. The position involves a shared assignment as a teacher in the After-School Program grades F-3 and as a student assistant in elementary school. As a student assistant, you provide support at both individual and group levels. You work closely with the teaching teacher. QUALIFICATIONS: You are a qualified teacher in after-school programs. It is meritorious if you have experience with and knowledge of after-school programs and find it important to work toward goals to develop the program based on applicable guidelines. As a student assistant, you shall support, encourage, and motivate students throughout the day, both in schoolwork and in everyday situations and social interaction. As a student assistant, you are responsible for supporting students in daily schoolwork, helping students engage during breaks, and preparing and supporting students during transitions and schedule-breaking activities. As a person, you are interested in working with other people and have a good ability to communicate constructively with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You have a positive attitude and see all students' strengths and possibilities. You view collaboration with your colleagues regarding planning and development of activities as a key element in your professional life while also being able to drive your own work forward. You have a structured working style and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students.
