JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher in the after-school program, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading and developing after-school activities with the goal of creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all students.
During the school day, you are an active and present educator in the classroom, small groups and during breaks. Depending on your qualifications, you may also have responsibility for a subject.
You work closely and daily with the school's staff.
Prioritized areas for the position are to develop the after-school program activities and implement break-time activities for safety-building purposes. Your work tasks also include:
• contact with guardians
• collaboration with the student support team, school management and possibly external stakeholders
• school-wide value-based work
• team work
• work and document in the operational systems in place
• analysis of teaching and results
Working hours are scheduled between 06:00-18:00.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed after-school program teacher.
It is meritable if you have experience from work in school or after-school programs. It is also meritable if you have experience
• planning and implementing break-time activities
• in the field of diabetes
• with students in need of support in the neuropsychiatric area.
To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily be able to manage digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues and guardians, and that you can document in writing what the activity requires.
You are a confident and stable leader in both classroom and leisure activities. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues and guardians. You value and contribute to good cooperation through an open, accommodating and solution-oriented approach.
