Turebergsskolan is a school located within walking distance of Sollentuna center. The school has approximately 230 students in grades F-9. We also have a unit for students with mobility impairments with about 25 students, as well as municipality-wide teaching groups for approximately 40 students within the autism spectrum. The school has well-functioning values-based work and actively works to create an accessible school for every student. Our employees are characterized by great commitment and high competence. Responsibilities In this role, you will work with our special teaching groups for students within the autism spectrum and strive to create a cohesive and meaningful school day for the students. This is a temporary position with a combined assignment as an after-school program teacher and sports instructor in grades 1–5. After school, you will plan, organize, and carry out varied activities together with colleagues that combine learning, creativity, and play, while providing space for recovery. You build secure relationships with students and guardians, use pedagogical tools such as visual supports and digital aids, and continuously work to monitor and develop the program. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to the program's needs. You enjoy collaborating and quickly build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues. With a focus on possibilities and a creative approach, you contribute to developing an inspiring and inclusive program. Requirements Licensed after-school program teacher with qualifications in sports Experience working with students within the autism spectrum.
