Rödebyskolan is an F-6 school with approximately 340 students and is centrally located in Rödeby. We have the resources of a large school combined with the safety and care of a small school. With two classes in each grade level, we have good collaboration between classes and our four afterschool programs. There is a large school yard with spaces for various activities in different environments. We have access to a large modern sports hall, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor swimming facility. There are also running trails in fantastic nature. Rödeby is located one and a half miles north of Karlskrona and has good bus connections to central Karlskrona. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an afterschool teacher, you will contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and meaningful afterschool program for our students. The role includes planning, implementing, and developing activities that promote students' learning, social development, and well-being. You will work closely with teachers, guardians, and other staff to create a cohesive school day and an inclusive environment where all students have the opportunity to grow and develop according to their abilities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a certified afterschool teacher who is driven to develop the program through your own initiatives and a solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility, work independently, and have the ability to turn ideas into action. You have strong collaboration skills and are skilled at creating, developing, and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally. You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to achieving common goals by sharing knowledge, information, and experience. You are receptive, humble, and find it easy to find solutions through dialogue and cooperation. Employment type: Fixed-term position.
