Here we work together to create a safe, stimulating and developmental environment where all students are given the opportunity to reach their goals and realize their future dreams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher in the after-school program, you will: · Plan, carry out, evaluate and develop the after-school program's teaching and activities. · Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all students. · Actively contribute to students' social development, participation and responsibility. · Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create coherence between school and after-school program. · Participate in recess activities and contribute to a safe and meaningful recess environment. · Participate in the school's systematic quality work and development efforts. · Work to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed based on their circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who: · Is a certified teacher in after-school programs or leisure pedagogue. · Has a good ability to create safe relationships with students, guardians and colleagues. · Is engaged, organized and solution-focused. · Has an easy time collaborating and sees the work team as an important resource. · Has the ability to inspire students through creative, meaningful and developmental activities. · Wants to help develop the after-school program's educational mission. It is a merit if you have experience working in after-school programs and knowledge of accessible learning environments and inclusive working methods. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: by agreement, recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled during the recruitment period.
